- Orders placed before 12 PM are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Costs
- Zero shipping cost for customers. However, if products are returned or replaced, conditions apply.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, location, and selected shipping method.
- Charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
- Remote area delivery may include additional courier handling fees.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Time
We partner with courier services and the postal department to ensure timely delivery. Expected delivery: 1 – 7 days depending on your location and shipping method.

Address Accuracy
Please provide accurate and complete shipping details. IndiyaSe is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable (wrong address, customer unavailable, or recipient refusal), the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Reshipment charges
Additional Notes
- We do not guarantee delivery time for orders containing out-of-stock items.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available in certain regions.
- We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
