Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To request cancellation:

  • Email us at helpindiyase@gmail.com or call 9019089906.
  • Cancellations must be made within 12 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Note: Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refund for prepaid orders is initiated within 24–48 hours.
  • Amount reflects in 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
  • COD refund requires bank details from customer.
  • You may choose IndiyaSe store credit instead.

Order Verification

  • High-value or suspicious orders may require verification.
  • If unreachable within 24 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

How Do I Return an Item?

You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

  • Include order ID, product photos and reason for return.
  • Pickup is arranged within 2–5 working days depending on pincode.
Replacement is processed only if the exact same item is available. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Item received damaged, broken, or leaked.
  • Wrong item or variant delivered.
  • Expired or near-expiry product.
  • Product does not match the description.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, opened, or tampered products.
  • Missing original packaging, seals or accessories.
  • Damage due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Return request after 15 days of delivery.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Categories Not Returnable

  • Personal care appliances (trimmers, massagers, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Consumable wellness products

Part Return

Partial returns are allowed if the returned item meets our return criteria.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund is initiated after warehouse quality check.
  • Prepaid refunds: 2–3 working days.
  • COD refunds: 24–48 hours after bank details verification.

International Orders

  • International returns are not accepted due to customs rules.
  • Cancellations allowed only before dispatch.
  • Refunds issued if the order is not shipped or is lost.

Fraud Prevention

  • Repeated misuse of the return system may result in account restrictions.
  • IndiyaSe may decline fraudulent return claims.
