Guidelines for Authorized Resellers of indiya Se

At indiya Se, we value our reseller community. This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and operational guidelines for reselling our products through authorized channels.


Detailed Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

  • Settlement amount will be deposited directly into your bank account within a 2–7 day cycle from order delivery (including COD orders).
  • You can view deposited balances and upcoming payments on the indiya Se Supplier Panel.
  • You receive earned profit after customer payment, after deducting applicable commission.
  • You authorize indiya Se to collect, process, and remit payments electronically.
  • You act as an independent contractor; indiya Se is not liable for your listed products or services.
  • indiya Se reserves the right to set off any outstanding dues against payments owed to you.
  • COD option may be unavailable for certain products or categories at indiya Se's discretion.

2. Documentation Requirements

  • Firm details (name, address, owner details).
  • Business bank account information.
  • PAN card and GST/UIN number.
  • Product category details.

3. Charges

  • Platform registration is free; no browsing or registration fees apply.
  • Review the fee structure before listing products.
  • indiya Se reserves the right to modify its fee policy; changes take effect immediately upon posting.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Account & Registration Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and passwords.
  • Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination.

5. Tax Obligations

  • You must charge and remit applicable GST; indiya Se is not responsible for deficiencies.
  • indiya Se will collect and remit TCS on net taxable supplies as applicable.
  • Address any TCS mismatches promptly.
  • Provide HSN code for each product; failure may result in delisting.
  • Provide valid GSTIN for invoicing; failure may block transactions.
  • If providing an ISD Registration Number, ensure regulatory compliance.
  • No exclusivity obligation is imposed unless agreed separately.

6. Shipping of Products

  • Dispatch products within the committed timeline.
  • You are responsible for transit insurance.
  • Provide accurate dispatch and after-sales details.
  • Use approved shipping channels with valid Proof of Delivery (PoD).
  • Maintain PoD records for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Non-compliance may lead to suspension of account privileges.
  • Payments will be released as per the defined guidelines.

Note: indiya Se may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


Additional Reseller Guidelines

1. Eligibility

Only approved individuals or registered businesses may resell on indiya Se.


2. Pricing & Discounts

Resellers must adhere to approved pricing structures. Undercutting or unauthorized discounting is not permitted.


3. Order & Delivery

Resellers must place orders timely. indiya Se will dispatch products as per the committed delivery timeline.


4. Returns & Cancellations

Resellers must comply with indiya Se's return and cancellation policy.


5. Compliance

Resellers must comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.


6. Customer Support

Resellers are responsible for first-level customer support before escalation.


7. Code of Conduct

Resellers must conduct business professionally and ethically at all times.


8. Termination & Suspension

  • Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.
  • Fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination.
  • Resellers may terminate their association by providing prior written notice.

9. Marketing & Branding

  • Promote products ethically and responsibly.
  • No misleading or false promotional claims.
  • Follow official indiya Se branding guidelines.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Customer data must remain confidential.
  • Data may only be used for order fulfillment purposes.
  • Misuse of data will result in strict action.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration. Jurisdiction shall be Hubli, Karnataka.


12. Force Majeure

indiya Se shall not be held liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
