Guidelines for authorized resellers of IndiyaSe

Introduction

At indiya Se, we value our reseller community. This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and guidelines for reselling our products through authorized channels.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

  • Settlement amount deposited directly to your bank account after 2/7-day cycle from order delivery (including COD).
  • View deposited balance and upcoming payments on the IndiyaSe Supplier Panel.
  • You receive earned profit after customer payment, deducting commission.
  • You authorize IndiyaSe to collect, process, and remit payments electronically.
  • You are an independent contractor; IndiyaSe is not liable for listed products/services.
  • IndiyaSe reserves the right to set off amounts due against payments owed to you.
  • COD option may be unavailable for certain products/categories at IndiyaSe's discretion.

2. Documentation Requirements

  • Firm details: name, address, owner.
  • Business bank account.
  • PAN card, GST/UIN Number.
  • Product categories.

3. Charges

  • Platform registration is free; no browsing or registration fees.
  • Review fee structure before listing products.
  • IndiyaSe may change its fee policy; changes effective immediately upon posting.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Account and Registration Obligations

  • Furnish requested details accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of display name, login, and password.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to account suspension/termination.

5. Tax Obligations

  • Charge and remit appropriate GST; IndiyaSe is not responsible for deficiencies.
  • IndiyaSe will collect and remit TCS on net taxable supplies.
  • Address any TCS mismatches with IndiyaSe.
  • Provide HSN code for each product; failure results in delisting.
  • Provide GSTIN for invoicing; failure blocks transactions.
  • If providing an ISD Registration Number, IndiyaSe will invoice accordingly; ensure ISD compliance.
  • No obligation for exclusive sales on the Platform.

6. Shipping of Products

  • Dispatch products to buyers within specified timeframes for timely delivery.
  • You are solely responsible for transit insurance.
  • Provide dispatch and after-sales service details to IndiyaSe as required.
  • Use approved delivery channels with valid Proof of Delivery.
  • Maintain PoD documentation for 3 years and furnish when required.
  • Dispatch details must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
  • Transaction price remitted to your bank upon completion.
Note: IndiyaSe may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

1. Eligibility

Only IndiyaSe-approved individuals/businesses may resell. Applications require accurate verification details.

2. Pricing & Discounts

Resellers receive agreed-upon discounted pricing. Unauthorized price manipulation or undercutting is prohibited.

3. Order & Delivery

Resellers must ensure timely order placement. IndiyaSe processes orders as per standard dispatch timelines.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Follow IndiyaSe's return policy. Some products may be non-returnable due to safety/regulatory rules.

5. Compliance

Resellers must comply with applicable laws including consumer protection, data privacy, and e-commerce rules.

6. Customer Support

Resellers provide first-level customer support; escalated issues are handled by IndiyaSe.

7. Code of Conduct

Represent IndiyaSe with honesty and professionalism. Misrepresentation or fraud results in termination.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • IndiyaSe may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
  • Fraudulent activities lead to immediate termination.
  • Resellers may terminate with 15 days written notice.
  • Pending settlements processed after adjusting dues.

9. Marketing & Branding

  • Promote products ethically.
  • Use IndiyaSe branding as per guidelines.
  • No false claims or misleading ads.
  • Official marketing content may be provided.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Customer data must remain confidential.
  • Personal data used only for fulfilling orders.
  • Misuse of data may lead to suspension/legal action.
  • IndiyaSe complies with data protection standards.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • First resolved via mutual discussion.
  • Unresolved issues go to arbitration under Indian law.
  • Jurisdiction: Hubli, Karnataka.

12. Force Majeure

  • IndiyaSe is not liable for delays caused by events beyond control.
  • Obligations resume once normal conditions return.
