• IndiyaSe is not liable for activities under your account if you fail to update information.

All communications with IndiyaSe are electronic, including email, SMS, or other methods.

• You consent to receive communications via electronic records.
• Order-related communications may be sent via phone or email.

Privacy & Data

• Information may be disclosed if required by law or to enforce Terms.

Disclaimer & Warranties

The Platform and its services are provided "as is" without warranties.

• No guarantee of constant availability.
• No guarantee of completeness or accuracy of information.
• Products governed by state laws; undeliverable products will be refunded.

Payment Terms

IndiyaSe is not liable for any loss arising from:

• Lack of authorization for transactions.
• Exceeding bank limits.
• Payment issues arising from transactions.
• Transaction declines for any reason.

All payments must be in Indian Rupees. Sellers may request supporting documents before shipping.

Returns & Replacements

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Incidental damage from malfunctioning.
• Used/installed consumable items.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Damage not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Made-to-order jewellery.

Exchange Offers

For exchange/buyback programs:

• Agree to indemnify IndiyaSe against third-party claims.
• Erase all data from devices before exchange.
• IndiyaSe is not responsible for residual data.
• Fraudulent complaints may lead to legal prosecution.

Intellectual Property

The site is controlled by IndiyaSe, and products are sold by respective sellers.

• All material is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• For personal, non-commercial use only.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing material requires consent.
• Commercial use requires prior written consent.
