Payment Terms

indiya Se is not responsible for losses arising from:

All payments must be in INR. Sellers may request additional documents before shipping.

Returns & Replacements

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Incidental damages from malfunctioning.
• Used consumables.
• Products with missing serial numbers.
• Damage not covered under warranty.
• Items without original packaging.
• Made-to-order jewellery.

Exchange Offers

For exchange programs:

• You must erase all data from devices before exchange.
• indiya Se is not responsible for leftover data.
• Fraudulent exchange claims may lead to legal action.
