Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To request cancellation, email us at indiyase@gmail.com or call 9019089906. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refund for prepaid orders is initiated within 24–48 working hours.
- The amount reflects within 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
- COD refunds require bank details from the customer.
- You may choose indiya Se store credit instead of a bank refund.
Order Verification
High-value or suspicious orders may require verification. If the customer is unreachable within 24 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
How Do I Return an Item?
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery by emailing indiyase@gmail.com. Please include your order ID, product photos, and the reason for return. Pickup will be arranged within 1–2 working days depending on your pincode. Replacement will be processed only if the exact same item is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Valid Reasons for Return
- Item received damaged, broken, or leaked.
- Wrong item or variant delivered.
- Expired or near-expiry product.
- Product does not match the description.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used, opened, or tampered products.
- Missing original packaging, seals, or accessories.
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling.
- Return request made after 15 days of delivery.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
Categories Not Returnable
- Personal care appliances (trimmers, massagers, etc.).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Consumable wellness products.
Part Return
Partial returns are allowed only if the returned item meets our return eligibility criteria.
Refund Timeline
- Refund is initiated after warehouse quality check approval.
- Prepaid refunds are processed within 24–48 working hours.
- COD refunds are processed within 24–48 working hours after bank detail verification.
International Orders
- International returns are not accepted due to customs regulations.
- Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
- Refunds will be issued if the order is not shipped or is lost in transit.
Fraud Prevention
Repeated misuse of the return system may result in account restrictions. indiya Se reserves the right to decline fraudulent or suspicious return claims.
