Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping Charges Policy

Introduction

The indiya Se team facilitates processing of correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to deliver medicines and products in proper condition and without damage every time a consumer places an order. We strongly recommend that all items are checked at the time of delivery.


Definition of Return

"Return" means an action of giving back a product ordered on the indiya Se portal by the consumer. The following situations may qualify for a return:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  • Product(s) delivered are past expiry or near expiry (less than 3 months).
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept tampered or unsealed items).

If the product received is visibly damaged, do not accept delivery. If damage is discovered after opening, the product may be eligible for refund. Replacement depends on product availability.

A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 24 hours may be rejected.


Return Process

Upon receiving your return or refund request, indiya Se will verify the authenticity of the claim. Refunds are initiated only after confirmation from the vendor. False or fraudulent claims may result in legal action.


Return Conditions

  • Wrong product ordering does not qualify for return.
  • The batch number must match the invoice.
  • Return requests due to prescription change are not valid.
  • Product must be in original packaging with all labels and barcodes intact.
  • Partially consumed strips or products cannot be returned.

Return Steps

  • Contact indiya Se customer support.
  • The claim is verified within 72 working hours.
  • Pickup is arranged after successful verification.
  • Products must be packed in original packaging.
  • Refund is completed within 30 days of pickup.

Refund Process

If the claim is valid, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online wallet payments will be refunded to the original wallet.
  • COD orders will be refunded to the customer's bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Medical test orders can be cancelled before sample collection.

indiya Se Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled due to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing.
  • Bulk ordering.
  • Invalid address.
  • Suspicious ordering activity.
  • Products intended for resale.
  • Multiple orders placed to the same address.
  • Bulk quantity of the same item ordered.

  • Food & Nutrition: Health Drinks, Supplements
  • Healthcare Devices: Glucometers, Monitors
  • Surgical: Lancets, Strips, Surgical Items
  • Sexual Wellness: Condoms, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits
  • Temperature-Controlled Medicines: Vaccines, Injectables, Cold-storage Medicines
