ORDER

You can place an order by selecting the desired product and proceeding to checkout.

Sorry, once an order is placed, modifications cannot be done. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.

We ensure that the medicines supplied by our partner retailers are within the expiry date set by the manufacturer.

You can place an order for medicines with prescription through indiyase.in by following these steps:
1. Click on the portal "Upload Prescription" on the website
2. Choose from multiple options to order the medicines.
3. Drop prescription by clicking a picture or uploading an image of the strip.
4. Enter details such as name, contact number, email, city and your text messages
5. Alternatively you can contact us and share your problem with us.

You can place your order through indiyase by following these steps:
1. Search for the product name or browser categories and add items to the cart
2. Accumulate points in your wallet based on existing offers; points are valid for upto 1 year.
3. Click on "Continue" and add/change delivery address.
4. Select payment options and available modes.
5. Click on "Place Order."

To get the invoice for your order(s), go to the "My Orders" section, tap on the respective order, and download the invoice in PDF format.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Follow these Steps:
1. Click on the Account icon, navigate to"Orders," select the respective order.
2. Click on "View Details," choose 'Return,' and upload an unboxing video. We will prioritize resolving this issue.

Please raise a return request within 48 hours if you receive a damaged item.

Your shipment will be delivered within the estimated delievry date as a communicated during order placement. Check the"Orders" section for updates.

DELIVERY

You can cancel your order from the “Order details” screen before it is out for delivery.
You can do so by clicking on the accout icon on the bottom of the App Home page > select "Orders" > Select the order > Click on "view details" for the shipment which you want to cancel > tap "Cancel". and upload the video which was created during unboxing(if the product is non-cancellable).
Once the order is shipped, you can refuse it ast the time of the delivery and refund will be processed into the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Yes, you can track your order from the “My Orders” section in your account.

RETURN AND REFUND

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method via UPI(Phonepe, Googlepay, BhimaUPI, Paytm) Indiyase wallet, card payment, account transfer.
Points to Note: In case of cancellation, refund will be initiated only when all the shipments are either delivered or cancelled refunds timelines depend on Bank turn around times and RBI guidelines. Also, Delivery and convenience Charges will not be refunded. As per government guidelines for drug & products no medicines are return once had been sold out hence forth we suggest you for confirmation before payment mode/placing the order

Indiyase reserves the right not to process refunds in the following situations, if you:
1. Return a product that exceeds the return time limit.
2. Return Non-indiyase/additional products or items.
3. Return items that belong in the Non-Returnable category.
4. Return any items/products without initiating a return in the appropriate order in the App or Website.
