Return & Refund Policy for Medicines

Detailed information about returns, refunds, cancellations and shipping charges

Introduction

indiya Se team facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to service the medicines and products in right conditions/without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery.

Definition of Return

'Return' means an action of giving back the product ordered at indiyaSe portal by the consumer. The following situations may cause a return:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
  • Product(s) delivered are past or near expiry (less than 3 months);
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept tampered sealed items).
Note: If the product you received is damaged, do not accept it. If found damaged after opening, it may be returned for refund. Replacement depends on product availability.

You may raise a return request within 24 hours from delivery. Requests after 24 hours may be rejected.

Return Process

Upon receiving your return/refund request, indiyaSe will verify authenticity. Refunds are initiated only after confirmation from the vendor.

Warning: False or fraudulent quality claims may result in legal action.

Return Conditions

  • Wrong product ordering does not qualify for return.
  • Batch number must match the invoice.
  • Return request due to prescription change is not valid.
  • Product must be in original packaging with all labels & barcodes.
  • Partially consumed strips cannot be returned.

Return Steps

  1. Contact indiyaSe customer support.
  2. Claim is verified within 72 working hours.
  3. Pickup is arranged after verification.
  4. Products must be packed in original packaging.
  5. Refund completes within 30 days of pickup.

Refund Process

If the claim is valid, refund will be processed as follows:

  • Online wallet payments refunded to wallet.
  • COD orders refunded to bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Medical test orders can be cancelled before sample collection.

IndiyaSe Cancellation

Cancellations may occur due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, bulk ordering, or invalid address.

  2. Multiple orders to same address
  3. Bulk quantity of same item
  4. Invalid address
  5. Suspicious ordering activity
